UPS lost in their courier services. Never a recommendation
I forgot my UPS and monitor power cable at polokwane and needed it to work. My fiancé suggested their 2-3day delivery service which was pricey. The package was sent on the 15th of May 2024 and even now it has not arrived. I am unable to work and going to the polokwane branch every week isn’t helping. I sent through a query to their main office and there has never been any acknowledgment of receiving my query, no one is getting back to me regarding the UPS status. They ticked insurance on the package and when I ask them how to claim they say it’s an old form and there is no insurance. I am not able to work flexible as a remote worker and that UPS was used once and never went below 80% of its battery since a did not use it for a long time. I am looking for an attorney that is willing to help me sue postnet for compensation and the inconvenience caused including the legal fees. Their inability to provide me with any feedback is making the situation worse.
