Unresponsive and delaying

End of May I made a secondhand goods purchase and we decided to make use of PostNet to get the items from Kimberley to Centurion. On the 1st of June according to the tracking of parcel the item was marked as out for delivery. It has since been a month and a half and no information regarding my parcel is available. I lodged numerous complaints and even phoned Postnet kimberley to no avail. When i log in to check status of my parcel it still says out on delivery since 06/01. Very dissatisfied with there service as no communication regarding the delay has been made nor have i been contacted again.
