They offer quality services at an affordable cost and stock mostly modern infrastructure. I'll absolutely recommend emailing them your files as it's much safer than using a memory stick. There's a bold sign in the store that states 'queue on the left'. I was accordingly waiting in the queue on the left. When I was eventually next in line, another new lady came in and queued on the right. Kabelo then came and spoke to the lady on the right in a language other than English asking her if she's alright. She was about to go to him to be attended to but I quickly went forward and stated that I was next in line. I also referred him to the sign in the store to queue on the left - the sign in the store that HE works at - and told him I am next. He and the other lady then joked in a language I don't understand and he then assisted me. I am very dissatisfied with Kabelo's unprofessionalism. I just went for a simple print job and intended to commission my documents at a police station and come back to this postnet to scan but I will definitely not come back to this branch. This is sad as it's the closest postnet to me. I would have expected just normal respect to be given to customers but there was clearly some favouritism showed by this employee Kabelo to other customers. When I was paying, his colleague even made a comment to him which indicated that he does not work as well as he should. I hope no one else has to suffer such dissatisfaction at this branch.
