Unprofessional service from new branch

<p>It was with great excitement that the local Postnet branch opened recently in Gansbaai. We eagerly added their courier service to our online stores and BidorBuy shipping profile.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today was the first day we made use of their service, BUT NEVER AGAIN. Removing all Postnet shipping options from our online stores and other sales sites with immediate effect!!</p> <p> </p> <p>We rushed to the branch this afternoon, assuming they close at 17:00.. Arriving at Postnet Gansbaai’s door at 16:50, we found the store closed with the times clearly indicated on the door as closing at 17:00, which we later also confirmed on your website. Signalling the lady inside, she signalled back they are closed. After signalling back and forth we were allowed inside and told they are closed and cashing up. After confronting the lady with why they closed early, she confirmed she was the owner and that “if we knew her personal circumstances” we would not bother her. Business is business during operating hours and personal issues CAN NOT influence business efficiency as it did. Closing times are just that, CLOSING TIMES, meaning you cannot close earlier to go home at the supposed closing time! We managed to send the package with a clearly disgruntled attitude from the owner. Unfortunately for this poor service this was the first and last package sent ever with Postnet. We will also advise other potential clients of Postnet’s poor performance to discourage any further support, both locally and nationally throughout our network.</p>
