Unprofessional conduct

I would like to formally lodge a complaint about a Sales assistant ' Lauren Peterson at the Postnet Tokai branch. I went to the store today to have some photocopying and scanning done. Lauren Peterson displayed Unprofessional behaviour towards me. She had made a photocopy but it was badly done, so I kindly requested her to redo it. She seemed annoyed and unfriendly. When I confronted her about her professionalism she responded even more rudely, telling me that:'i can go report her............ She lifted her hand at me and said......' Whatever'! When I requested her to apologise, she responded that she did not do anything wrong and that I am at fault! I think her behaviour is disgusting! Postnet is becoming like a government entity! The service is dropping at an alarming rate! Your employees are untrained, they lack professional skills and basic communication and is plain down badly run! I am disgusted at the level of rudeness!
