Unknown additional Charges

Very disappointed in Postnet Karaglen. I made pmt on Monday for a parcel to be delivered to Dbn. On Thursday, late afternoon I tried to track the parcel and the waybill number was not traceable on the tracking system. I then got a call from Postnet Karaglen asking for the physical address as not all the postnets are open. The parcel got delivered to the physical address the next day. A day after delivery Postnet wants an additional R485.00 which was never mentioned before. Very disappointed at how unprofessional this situation was handled.
