Unhappy customer

Took a parcel to postnet beach road port Elizabeth for overnight delivery to Johannesburg, was promised that it would arrive before lunch time the next day. That was not to be, it was only delivered just before 16:00 the next day, and after numerous calls pleading with them that it was a urgent matter. Really dissatisfied with their service.
