UNHAPPY ABOUT POSTNET UITENHAGE BRANCH

I paid for an Overnight shipping at Karieg/Uitenhage Branch on Tuesday morning the 25th of Nov , I haven’t received my parcel yet. They don’t even bother to call me I’m the one calling them even the manager doesn’t wanna talk to me. This is so wrong and unprofessional, what about the money I have paid for an overnight????
