Unfairly charged

The service I received at the Strubensvalley branch at Retail Crossing on Hendrik Potgieter Road, Roodepoort was not bad. My issue is that I went to get a document printed which only consisted of 3 pages, they charged me R4.50 for the 3 pages to be printed as well as R10 for them to access their emails to print this document for me. I feel that this is utterly rediculous & unfair since I used my own data to send the email to them. How can they charge me for internet usage when I did not use their internet? This really doesn't make sense to me at all.
