Undelivered parcel-no one knows where it is.

<p>I have sent a parcel from Pietermaritzburg to Paarl in the Cape, I sent it on Monday the 14th of November, this was a 2-3 day delivery service, we are now at Friday the 18th of November the parcel is stil underlivered, everytime I call either, the Paarl branch or the Pietermaritzburg branch or JHB(Head Office) no one can tell me where my parcel is they say they will find out and let me know but I never receive a call back so I phone again and it's the same story I have a client waiting for this parcel of which I have informed that the parcel would be at the Paarl branch on Wednesday allready since this was the service I had paid for. Super unimpressed bad bad bad service I don't feel like ever using Postnet again.</p>
