Undelivered parcel

I have dropped a parcel off at Trinity House Postnet on Thursday last week. This was suppose to have been delivered to the TSL Centre for visa applications in Pretoria on Monday. I received a phone call on Tuesday afternoon stating that the delivery address wasnt correct as they werent allowed to deliver a parcel there. I immediately phoned the TSL centre and they confirmed that the adress was correct and that the parcel can be delivered by a courier company. I phones the Trinity House brance and explained this to them. They refused to redeliver the parcel. Although they couldnt give me a name of the person refusing to take the parcel. They have also not called one of the numbers on the parcel before just returning the parcel to the warehouse. I am still waiting for my parcel (which contains my passport!!!!!) to be returned to me ! And I also have to pay for the return!!! This is unacceptable service!!! Both the people I had to deal with at the branch was RUDE and NOT HELPFUL at all! I will never use POSTNET AGAIN! because I am running out of time to apply for my visa, I now have to take it to the application centre myself! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
