Unashamedly negligent and unwilling to help

Their Benmore branch (Parkmore, Sandton) offers the worst customer service. I left an important USB flashdrive there after having to sort out a pricing issue (they'd double charged me on printing). After calling to ensure it was there, I was then turned away from the branch three times because the staff had lost it and "didn't have time to look for it". This is gross negligence in every respect and I have received no assistance from staff, managers, or Postnet head office (who are unreachable).
