Unacceptable use of duct tape to wrap a parcel

Every month I purchase items online from a retailer in Brakpan. They use PostNet to deliver my items. Most of the time they ship my purchased items in a sealed box. Every month someone in your Brakpan office wraps the box in one of your flyer bags and then wraps the entire bag in tan duct tape. This is unacceptable. You can ship the parcel you receive from the supplier as is. If you have to use one of your flyer bags then put the parcel into the bag and seal it without wrapping the entire thing in duct tape. In the future any parcels that are sent to me wrapped in duct tape will be returned to the originating office for the person who wrapped my parcel in duct tape to remove the duct and then resend the parcel back to the receiving off ice at YOUR expense. Let me be very clear I will not accept any parcels that are wrapped in duct tape.
