Totaly poor service

<p>Today, 02-08-2017, at 14h00, I visited PostNet York street in George to collect a parcel.</p> <p>On arrival, the Q was already at the front door.</p> <p>As I moved forward during a period of 25 minutes, the length of the Q did not alter allthough many customers turned away after seeing the length of the Q (perhaps this a sign of experiance as it is a regular uccurence at york street PostNet).</p> <p>When I complained (after a lot of murmurance amoungst the waiting customers) I was told by the manager "that we are doing our best".</p> <p>On my comment "that it apears that your best is not good enough" the managers commented "I am here all day, how can you tell me what is good enough".</p> <p>I find ther lack of care and customer service shocking.</p>
