Totally useless

The service is like they do you a favor and you have to kiss a#*, then on top of that, your parcel gets delivered to the branch near you, your parcel is opened, half the stuff is damaged or missing, you call the branch that it is sent from, and get told that you won't be able to claim compensation as it wasn't packaged properly, my blood is now totally boiled, I hope they get what they deserve, closed doors, I am absolutely infuriated with their appalling service and do not recommend them @ all.
