Too much waiting time

I was at the Sasolburg branch to have a few print out. The lady at the counter told me to wait for a few seconds. She then started helping others while I waited. She didn't ask me at 1st if I happen to have my own USB cable. She came to me 20minutes later to tell me that she is waiting for the cable from her co-worker. Only then she asked me if I had my own cable, I told her, I had mine. She went back to the counter and started helping others that came after me while I waited again. She then came back 15minutes to assist me. Like it would have taken only 3minutes to get out of there but I was there for over 30minutes and missed going to my next appointment because of wasted time
