TOLD TO **** OFF OUT OF STORE

I went to collect a parcel which had been lying at postnet since Sep12. ( today being Oct 04 ) The error on the tracking slip was that postnet themselves wrote the receiver and sender as the same person. I showed the person behind the counter the copy of the tracking slip which I had. Gave him the contact number of the person who had sent the parcel. I even went as far as to show him photo's of the antique books which are inside the parcel. he refused to assist in any way and proceeded to throw the parcel back into the shelf. At this point I lost it and slammed my hand on the counter and told him what pathetic service this was. Infront of my 3 year old, he told me "**** off right out of my shop" I doubt that postnet will even respond to this. This is the very last time that I will ever make use of this disgraceful organisation
