Think twice before using PostNet as a courier service

I can only add to the long list of negative reviews on PostNet: PostNet call center not answering calls, switchboard at Postnet Midrand not answering calls, their GM Dominic v/d Horst not responding to email. Parcel send over-night and 6 days later still not delivered and unable to get hold of Postnet to understand where the parcel is and when it will be delivered.
