I am so disappointed with the service of aramex and Postnet. My parcel get lost in their hand in their warehouse and when speaking to Lucinda she just told me I never paid for insurance. If your parcel get in their warehouse its not their problem, what kind of service is that. Rayn narainsemy told me they are not liable for anything that get lost in their warehouse and I should be speaking to Postnet

I spoke to Sipesihle Jikelo at Postnet who told me the matter is under investigation by Lulamela Halam and no one is updating me about anything but just frustrating me all the time.
