They don't want to refund me.

<p>I'm doing forever living business,so I normally send products to my customers using Postnet as my courier,so 3weekes back I've sent stock to Ladysmith (KZN) Postnet which I dropped the stock at Newtown Postnet then my customer received the stock at Postnet Ladysmith.. one bottle of aloe Vera jelly was opened So I've been trying to communicate with Postnet to refund me but they refusing they don't want to pay me. So I would be happy if hellopeter can assist me.</p>
