They cant tell me where is my parcel - so what do i do????

I have send parcel with Postnet Tubatse Crossing on the 27th January 2021 to Secunda. Even now no-one can tell me where is my parcel, i called the branch always promised to call me back wit no concrete answer. I check the tracker on the website it shows me that my booklet is in Nelspruit, how it went to Nelspruit I don't know. its been more than 14 days and I mean no-one know where it is. Pep courier should have done a better job on this. Now i dont know what to do, i asked them to send it back, i will use alternative since their service is very very poor.
