The worst customer service experience ever!!!

<p>I am expecting a parcel to be delivered via postnet express.. I have been trying to track my parcel but unfortunately I am struggling as I have never used this before. I called the customer service team but the service I received was apalling, no one was willing to help I just kept on being transferred from pillar to post. I'm very disgusted by this behaviour as some of the consultants were patronising
