The worst courier company in South Africa

They advertise 2-3 days transit time for deliveries between major centers. I had a parcel posted on 16/07 from East London and still today on 22/07 the tracking information is saying "in transit". When I call PostNet, all they can say is "sir, your parcel hasn't arrived yet". Yes! I can see that but you aren't telling me WHERE my parcel is. Surely when handing the goods over to the driver, the drivers details are captured against tracking numbers. Why can you not contact the driver to find out what the hell is going on? I for one will never ever use PostNet again and will do my utmost best to ensure my family, friends and colleagues never waste their time either with this terrible company
