The mysterious disappearing postnet branch

Postnet Victory Park closed without notice. I have had a postbox with them that I now can no longer access. I have tried to contact head office to see if service was maybe transferred to a different branch, but they have not responded to my e-mails. Also, trying to call them the numbers shown on there website just ring without being picked up. You don't even get to hang around in a queue or leave a message.
