The most unprofessional service I have ever seen!

I went to the PostNet Southdowns branch in the Irene area to fax confidential information that my medical aid requires from me. I requested that the pages be printed, which I would then sign, and then my documents needs to be faxed to my medical aid. - This should be a easy 5 min task.<br> <br> Firstly I had to grab someones attention to assist me. I emailed my documents to the lady trying to assist me but I first had to give her a crash course on how a email works. Finally they printed my documents and faxed them. After waiting 30 min I asked her why am I waiting. She ignored me and said they are waiting for the fax confirmation. After another 10 min without any assistance I walked to the fax machine myself and got the confirmation letters just to realize that the lady sent all my confidential information to the wrong fax number!!!! <br> <br> I deliberately asked her to please make sure the number is correct. When I confronted her she told me she is sorry but there is nothing that she could do now. Your staff are highly under skilled, rude, has no business knowledge and since when did Post Net's formal wear changed to wearing slippers at work? <br> <br> I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN!!
