Thanks Venetis form Postnet

Thank you Venetia fom Postnet Sunningdale. My story.. I retired and moved from Mpumalanga to the Western Cape two years ago. It was quite a stressed move ... being use to secretarial systems and support around me I found myself in new territory. I still had business to conclude... administrative work to be done and I was looking at new ventures. I had to find a place to anchor my office. I stepped into Postnet Sunningdale and asked the lady behind the counter her name. So I met Venetia. From that day she has been my Admin... and my help.. I was struck recently when I had piles of copying to be done and to be bound... I left it at Postnet and when I returned 2 hours later it was neatly done and on top a note... Francois' copies... she remembered my name... it was special and I realized if we could only take a moment to know a name.... From that first day when I addressed her as Venetia, it has been a pleasure every time I walk into Postnet Sunningdale. Venetia thanks for your kind and friendly service. you have made my life much easier through your service. Francois Human
