Terrible Staff

I went to Post Net Nina Park to collect a package. When I got there I was ignored for a while by the staff and then rudely the lady at the till said next then they started laughing.

I approached the till. They lady kept compiling that she's hungry and thirsty. She took my details then realized my package was old,they then proceeded to talking around me,then next thing I hear my package is destroyed.

With no explanation what so ever.
