Terrible Service from PostNet

My parcel was sent out for express courier on Wednesday the 23rd October from the Durban Club Chambers branch to my home address in Midrand. It was meant to be delivered by Friday the 25th October as I needed the parcel for the 26th October. To date the parcel has not arrived. Nobody wants to take accountability and I am suffering as a customer because I still don’t have my parcel.
