Terrible service

Never experienced such incompetence from a team that boasts about years of experience and excellence like them.

They are completely *********** and are unaware of the shipping laws in the countries they ship to and they cost my family and I so much money, and also my sister was unable to receive her Christmas present because of them.

On to of that they don’t ever pick up the phone or even reply to emails.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Nxa!!
