Terrible service at Postnet SA.

There is gross incompetence at Postnet. My parcel was sent on the 16/09/2019 from Postnet Mtobatoba to Mthatha Postnet. Today is 1/10/2019 The parcel hasn't arrived. Postnet mthatha said its lost. Imagine all medication for my clients are gone. I can't get proper explanations from Postnet. Can't trust them with sending things.
