Terrible service and ripping clients off

Asked for 6 black and white pages and one photo to be printed quarter page on paper.

The guy kept printing them to small and even though I told him the print preview is too small he said no wait let me show u and proceeded to print even smaller pic than previous one.

This went one for a few times and I told him to keep making it bigger and going to print pre view until I was happy and then said he could go ahead and print.

He proceeded to take the incorrectly printed copy's and through them on the bin and charged me R40, I asked about the prices and was told that colour was R7 and black and white was R2 per page which should bring my total to R19.

I asked why he charged me R40 and he said he had to charge me for the mistake pages.

I said so ur charging me for your mistakes he said he has too or he will get in trouble by his boss.

I said so I paid R7 a page for mistakes that u proceeded to put in the trash and not even give to me.

He the reprinted two of the incorrect sizes and I said but how are you going to explain this now why not just refund me. He shoved the paper on my hand and didn't say a word after.

I make use of Postnet allot for my business and recently just moved to PVR but I can tell you one thing Postnet Irene won't see me again.
