Terrible service and *******.

I went to Postnet Hillcrest Pretoria yesterday I bought files (5xpacks) they where all markedith a postnet sticker R9.50 per pack when I got to the counter they scanned it as R19,50. I asked to speak with the manager she said sorry the cleaner put the prices on the files and that their sticker printer had a problem that's why the wrong price was on the files. As a retailer I feel that the price that is presented to the customer that's the price that should be paid. It's not my fault that the sticker machine isn't working and that the cleaner of all people have to put the stickers on the goods. If I didn't need the files I would've left them there and NEVER go back to that Postnet. The manager didn't even do anything to assist she just said that it is what it is. This is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!
