Terrible service and extremely high prices
Good Day<br> <br> I went to Postnet Kyalami to print a document, the one guy there completely ignored me, there was another customer in front of him but she was speaking on her phone so I don't why he wasn't able to help me, eventually another lady approached me, no smile, bad attitude and looked miserable, I told her what I requested and she got rude with me and got impatient when I wanted to email the document to their store. The first guy ended up helping me anyway because his other customer was still on the phone, he looked miserable as well and unfriendly, I also had to fetch the print out for him telling me that he is lazy. The next thing is the price, they charged me R11 for ONE BLACK AND WHITE page because apparently they charge for the internet usage when they access the internet to print documents. That is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! I myself worked at a Postnet branch and 80cents was charged per black and white page, absolutely terrible! I will never be going back to that Postnet, even if I'm in the area.
