Terrible service

I received the worst ever service by Bertha Mabowawa from the Cresta branch where she didn’t even explain to me properly why she couldn’t assist me she gave me so much attitude whilst her colleagues in the back ground were adding lips I’m very disappointed at the service we are getting from front liners and wish that head office could take them for training on client relations and customer service to avoid such bad ethic
