Terrible Service

Bad Day,

I would like to express how disgusted I am at PostNet, specifically PostNet Canal Walk. PostNet Canal Walk Shop 589 Canal Walk, Century City, Cape Town

Last week Thursday I went to get a package posted to Johannesburg that needed to be there this week (Week of the 27th May). I was told the service would take around 5 days to get delivered. The recipient reverted back to me Friday the 31st of May, indicating that they had not received it.

I had been told that I could track the item using trackmyparcel.co.za (that also doesn't work). And when I called in to find out where it is, I was told that the lady that does the posting had been off sick and that the package was only sent yesterday (30th of May).

I'm writing this to make everyone aware of how pathetic the service can get.. Find other alternatives if you can.
