Terrible service

PostNet in canal walk honestly has pathetic service, every single time I go there to make copies and certify my I.D and drivers licence for insurance purposes the manager that has the authorisation to certify it is never there and no one else can help me do it, I went there today and was told that the manager had left early and is only going to return next week Tuesday which is honestly pathetic service in my opinion, all the staff have terrible attitudes and show that they are not in the mood to help anyone. I am truly disgusted by the place and would not want to go there again until they can start delivering proper service
