Terrible employees

I’m not very pleased with the treatment i received from one of their employees at POSTNET FEATHERSQUARE , I think postnet needs to take employees for training before they can hire , and teach them how to communicate with customers, the lady Kgomotso was soo rude to me she was just in a hurry to knock off , and she got my address wrong, good communication skills with customers will take the buisness very far. Their manager doesn’t even care to discipline her.
