TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Good day. This morning (21 September 2023) I went to PostNet Alberton, Shop 02B New Redruth Village, to enquire about a parcel I had been expecting since the beginning of this week. I was assisted by a lady named "Phathuli" or "Phathudi" (I suspect that they gave me the wrong name because I received the name of the lady who assisted me from her colleague, not from the lady herself and she did not have a name tag pinned on her.) The lady who assisted me gave me terrible service, she had an attitude, she was not friendly and certainly did not give good customer service. PostNet should train their employees on customer care. I hope my next encounter with PostNet will be better than this !
