Terrible Customer Service

I am writing this to report bad customer service. My fiancee was treated badly by one of the employees at the Glenfair branch. She was repeatedly handled with a bad attitude, and when she asked for assisstance she was merely pointed towards a sign. This bad attitude continued throughout her visit. I suggest PostNet fixes the bad attitude towards customers.
