Terrible courier service

I am soooo discussed in couriering a FRAGILE parcel with live succulents from Johannesburg to Louis Trichardt. I have put so many stickers and notes on the box that said 'fragile, handle with care, keep this side up'. When my client arrived at the Louis Trichardt Postnet the box was lying under the other boxes the wrong way around. When she confronted the person assisting her by asking how many signs and stickers must one put on for them to handle it with care he looked at her as if she is talking ****. All the plants were out of the tray... You can clearly see this bos was handled the opposite as instructed on the box
