Take too long to deliver

Very disappointed with Postnet Louis Trichardt

I had sent a package last week Wednesday and I was told it would be delivered to Durban by Thursday or Friday. It is Monday and it is still not delivered, and the lady who was assisting assured me that it would be delivered, and the package really had to be delivered last week and I missed that deadline. I’m am very upset
