Superb Customer Service

I really have to commend the staff at Metlife Plaza Postnet Port Elizabeth.

From the very first telephone interactions and email responses, and I have Emailed quite a few courier companies in the Eastern and Western Cape, since I was between these two provinces at the time, and undoubtedly Metlife Plaza was the friendliest and most professional I came across.

I was very nervous because I had to send my original degrees, passport etc all over South Africa and the staff repeatedly told me "Don't worry you can trust us, we will get these documents to wherever they need to go, and back to you safely. You can trust us."

They kept in contact on a regular basis regarding the progress of my documents, even though they have a online tracking service. Talk about going the extra mile!

I am not sure if it's the staff members, the training they receive or their work environment and etiquette but whatever it is, to Fredric Friskin, Stephen and the rest of the team, keep it up guys!
