stupid delay

I send a parcel on the 9th of June to parys till to date my parcel is still floating somewhere, I had ask how does it take? the guy said 3 maximum to a post net and 5 days if they do door to door, I can't wear my birthday dress cos of their stupid delay and they don't even tell you the reason nxa!
