Strange way to do business

I needed to print a lot of pages and I thought that it would be cheaper and easier to do it at the post net rather than on my small printer at home - neither were the outcome.

When I walked in the store a person greeted me and while I was explaining what I wanted printed he interjected me and spoke in a different language to another woman in the store.

We then went over to a computer and he inserted my USB stick, I advised which documents to print, he did so and then simply removed the stick (without ejecting it safely). I had to ask him to please close the programs before leaving the computer.

He then asked me how many pages there were, I told him that I was not sure, 80+. He put the pages into the copy mahcine and scanned them to see the number of pages - although this is an accurate reflection of the numbers, had a known that was the way of counting we could have seen what was to be printed when we selected the documents. I told him that I was really upset about this and he went onto say that he was only counting - I asked him what he was going to do with the scanned docouments, oh he said 'I will delete them'. I requested that he do so immediately, he removed from the inbox but did not know how to delete from the deleted box...

Questionable service and odd that the staff working there are not fami**** with the basics in computer knowledge. With problems of personal property being hacked, people knowing more than necessary of their business etc it's distressing the lack of professionalism in a store such as Postnet.

Turned out 89 pages cost me R 195. I can buy a BOX of paper for that amount...
