Pathetic service!!! I sent a parcel from postnet Pretoria to postnet Pinelands. The package was allegedly ******, a signature was forged by someone and now it’s gone!! I don’t understand why postnet doesn’t request identification or confirmation of the sms?? How is a parcel given to the wrong person, the staff should double check that’s their job.. Never happens with Paxi or similar couriers. Don’t recommend.
