STINKING SERVICE & ATTITUDE

I wanted Postnet to print 5 books for me and at first when I made an enquiry in January they told me it will cost R1298 but that will be 6 books as they cannot print 5. I then left a sample book for them & they still confirmed the same price. 3 months later when i ask them to start working on the job they tell me the price has doubled and now have to pay close to R2500. PATHETIC! I visited their store in Shelly center and the white lady & his son were extremely rude and not willing to co operate with me. I found that rather uncalled for but nonetheless I let them carry on with the job because I have been using postnet for many other printings while they were still in Kokstad.<br> When I called a week later to ask whether the books are completed they said yes I can collect them. When I arrive the books are not the same spec as the one sent to them instead of white cover as the had requested they decided to put a BROWN COVER. I asked then why they went ahead with printing before getting my approval and they said they sent me several emails WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. They were rude and unapologetic. I will never ever use them again. Stinking service!!!
