I am utterly appalled by the service I received from Postnet SA on Greystone Drive, Sandton. Yesterday, I dropped off a parcel destined for Pmb on Victoria Street and paid a fee for it. The promised service was not delivered, resulting in a lost business opportunity for me. When I called the branch today, I encountered a lethargic and *********** manager who utterly failed to address my query. She was rude, condescending, and completely devoid of empathy. I had to confront her and demand that she take me seriously. This manager displayed a complete lack of leadership skills; she is incapable of handling customer complaints, and I had to instruct her on what actions were necessary. It felt as though I was speaking to a rock, a person who is clearly dissatisfied with her job. Therefore, I require immediate clarity on what will happen next; I have already paid for overnight delivery, which was not fulfilled, and I have wasted my airtime dealing with an *********** individual who failed to provide a solution. The parcel remains with you, and I have suffered a loss in business.
