*****ing from customers

I am quite disappointed by Postnet Strubensvalley's way of conducting business. Normally when I do printing, I give them a USB drive and Im only charged for the printing. But today, I was charged for using the computer as well. I understand if I used the computer for a few minutes to do my own printing, but charging me for something I didn't use? That's basically theft.
