STAY AWAY FROM POSTNET!!! THEY ARE *******!!

DO NOT USE POSTNET! They use 3rd party courier companies that hire *******. My cellphone was ****** bu the driver and he claimed he was hijacked. All the other parcels were delivered except mine and he claimed he was hijacked. Postnet offered to pay me R1000 to settle this. Seriously??! What kind of customer service is this?? My phone was worth R23 000 and they offer a R1000 settlement which is plain disrespectful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
