STAY AWAY FROM POSTNET FERNDALE MALL - JEANETTE IS A ***** !

Disgusting service from PostNet SA. Used their courier service from Postnet Ferndale Mall to PostNet Scottburgh [KZN].. Used an overnight service for delivery, 4 days later and the package is nowhere to be found. Spoke to Jeanette at PostNet Ferndale Mall, who was extremely rude and told me the package is in KZN and proceeds to cut the call. Spoke to KZN PostNet and they are unable to do anything. As per the KZN store the Jhb store needs to arrange for the courier to collect it and send it to the right store.

Stay away from these guys. Never use PostNet Ferndale Mall.
